RETURNS POLICY

Husn E Heaven endeavors to serve its client to offer the best experience. We do not facilitate returns for products once delivered.

 

REFUND POLICY

  • The refund process will be initiated after a check by Husn-E-Heaven of the returned goods/products to ensure that clauses of the return policy adhere.
    • Refund shall be subjected to deduction of the shipping cost as the shipping charge is non-refundable.
    • Refund will be processed and completed within 15 working days, from the date of acceptance of return/refund.
    • In case of refund for Cash on Delivery order, it can be processed through a bank transfer as per bank details provided by the client or can be credited to the customer’s account.

Skincare cosmetics/perfumes once received cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note in the case of prepaid orders, if the order is denied by the customer after shipping for any reason, we shall be initiating the refund process to the customer without refunding the delivery charges.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Order cancellation can be accepted if the cancellation is made before dispatch of goods, cancellation refund will be processed within 15 working days. The company will charge a 2.5% gateway charge and refund the balance amount to the cardholder.

Goods cannot be canceled after being shipped
